Neet to fix: -I lost the Anime Recs page somehow. 1/16/2025 Added the Envelopes page to the Music Section of the Website! Also added a couple of comics: The special adventures of Homore and Kae AND Robot Love. 1/8/2025 Updated the art and comics section to group together concept art and comic art. In the future, I hope to scan in comics to the comic section and host them here so that folks can read them. I can't wait to do that. But I'm on a plane right now so it definitely won't happen today. Mid-plane update: I got the old lust for freelance pages in order, thank goodness. 1/6/2025 I have updated the recipes page to include a tiramisu recipe, a sweetbread recipe, and I updated the formatting of the scone recipe. 1/5/2025 I have updated the CSS to look nicer and I cleaned up the Python as programming as well. I'm going to try to do some porfolio building and organizing next. 1/1/2025 Happy New Year! Cleaning up some CSS, some python and changing some colors. I also tried to make all the pptx and docx's into pdfs so they are easier to look at. No real big content updates here. 12/27/2024 It is time to update this website once again. I finally am making the time for it... It turns out my "website" had been updated for quite some time. I added some tweaks and then uploaded it. But I need to make it a little better, because the code skips over everything that is a .py file. I need to add in the .py files somehow. Gotta tweak my auto-gen code and I also should make my CSS a little nicer. 5/2/2023 I added a bunch of new content but managed to mess with the code that generates the website somehow (not sure what I did!!) So... I'm going to try to fix it but when I do there will be lots more stuff on the website (yay)! 1/11/2023 Put some more content in the Reference Section 12/23/2022 Well, I set out to make a more "Christmassy" version of the website. Have a look around! I think the font is kinda cool. 12/20/2022 I've done it! I've finished my website-generator!! It's a python program that auto-generates websites from a directory of folders. It posts files and folders as links and spits out images that are there, too! I'm really proud of this one. Because of this, to manage my website directories, all I need to do is use Windows Explorer! 11/20/2022 I have added an "engineering" section to the webiste. It's meant to be like a portfolio and include coursework and other things I have done. This has had the unintended effect of making me want to document all my projects in the form of pdfs! Is this a good or bad thing??!! I haven't managed to fix my music page yet. I guess you'll have to look me up by my name if you want to know anything about my music. 10/23/2022 A lot's happened in the past two months. I travelled somewhat, started co-op work in a different department, got my wallet back AND passport back (see previous entry) and boy howdy guess what? I got married. Yeah, that's right! Well, here are some updates to this website: There are now somewhat auto-generated art pages for both my original art and my fanart. It only took me like an hour to figure out how to get python working again. How can such a simple language take so much work to run? *sigh* Well anyway... I'm flying back to ATL. To do on this website: try to create an actual real engineering profile. That's gonna take some doing... I have hardly any pictures that make any sense to use. Not even sure what the format is going to be. But with my website auto-generator, it should be kinda fun I think. I also gotta make the music page look way less ugly. 8/18/2022 I'm trying to find a new way to format my blog-writing, and keep a diary. This is my solution so far: just have an extremely long textfile that includes all my previous blog entries and dates. Cool? Elegant? I never would have said so. midday update: I've been working to update the website and just kind of playing around with CSS. It's very easy to make big, broad, dopey strokes. I'm really liking it. Today's been a mixed day: I'm hanging out in Alameda on kind of a staycation with Sam. I booked us a hotel for three nights in Oakland so we could be somewhere where none of our parents were. It's been relaxing and freeing - I find myself inspired to make things again (hence, the website redesign). However, my current situation is a little stressful as I lost my wallet (with id's and credit cards in it) and my passport kind of in one fell swoop. I don't know what happened for me to lose my wallet: I'm guessing it fell out of my bag on my way in or out of an airplane. I phoned my mom to ship me my passport so that I can get on the plane back at the end of the week, but there was a strange happening at fedex and the envelope seems to have shipped empty. A few more days, and I'll make a claim against fedex, but... wow, it's kind of weird thinking I'm going to get on a plane with no id. I start work on Monday so the stakes are pretty high.
