Tiramisu Ingredients: 300g Ladyfingers 500g Mascarpone Coffee (espresso) 100g Sugar Grand Marnier 4 Eggs Cocoa powder I got this recipe from an Italian guy in a bar in Denmark. He played me a recording of his mom telling it to him in Italian. Make the coffee! Combine with a little Grand Marnier. If you want, add some cream to the coffee to help with cooling. Separate eggs into whites and yolks ("reds"). Whip the whites until they are stiff, then set aside. Mix together yolks and mascarpone and sugar until smooth. Carfully combine the two egg mixes. Place the coffee into a shallow vessel. Take a each lady finger and dip front and back into the coffee, then place on a pan in a layer. For the next layer, take the egg and mascarpone mixture and spread it on top of the moist lady fingers. Make another lady finger layer, and then one more final egg and mascarpone layer. Dust with cocoa powder, and voila, you are done!
